Obtain the highest point symbol color in red, green, or white when creating S armor.
After that, it will be automatically changed to red/green/white to achieve 100 points (its color will be recalculated from -30 points)
Permission to change is granted by the Grand Elder after HR 31 or above and 100 or more sub-target clearances.
Some colors cannot be obtained in Frontier due to specifications from DOS *maybe outdated?*
